Eating a plant-based diet doesn't have to be hard, but it sure can be intimidating, especially if you're just getting started. That's where I come in, as your private plant-based vegan and health conscious chef!
You've likely heard the buzz about plant-based eating and how good it is for you. And you know you'd like to add-in more healthy foods and ingredients, but....you haven't. Probably because it feels like homework just getting started, right? You have never even heard of some of these ingredients, so how are you supposed to prepare them?
Instead of risking your precious time trying new recipes you find online, hoping they turn out edible and acceptable to serve to your family, enlist the expertise and services of a passionately plant-based chef!
I offer in-home meal prep services for busy families, big or small, to help them navigate their first few steps toward a more plant-based diet and lifestyle. A trained professional chef, I have been vegan myself for four years, and am very well versed in gluten-free meal preparation.
Plant-based does not have to mean plant-exclusive. What you choose to eat in your home is your business, and I believe that each individual owes their body the chance to be heard by experimenting with what works for them personally. Eat more plants, eat less sugar + junk. It can be as simple as that.

My seasonal menus are approachable and customizable for any taste preferences and dietary restrictions. I believe food should look as good as it tastes, and all my meals are colorful and presented elegantly so each meal feels special. I source locally whenever possible and choose 100% organic produce.
I am Food Safety Certified and a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the Isenberg School of Business at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and Le Cordon Bleu. I am also the former Chef de Cuisine of Plantz Cafe in Dracut, MA, a vegan and gluten-free restaurant I helped to open in 2018.
Pricing is based on family size and number of meals ordered. Small packages start at $330 per week for 3 meals to feed 4 adults.
