Cooking with Essential Oils - Ginger

Ginger essential oil has saved my life. Maybe not literally, but it sure does make cooking a whole lot easier. The flavor of fresh ginger is completely accessible when you utilize doTERRA ginger essential oil.

Stir fry will never be the same once you start adding ginger essential oil to your sauce. Salad dressings can become a whole lot brighter, marinades made more flavorful, and fresh juices a whole lot zippier!

Ginger essential oil will replace fresh ginger in any recipe that calls for it. Remember, a little goes a long way! One drop is very potent, but I've found that 1 inch of fresh ginger is generally the equivalent of one drop.

If replacing dry ginger in a recipe, 1 drop of essential oil would equal 1/2 teaspoon. If baking with ginger, the flavor will soften as some of the essential oil will cook cook off in the process. This is totally fine and does not produce anything to be worried about. In the chance that a baked item is not flavored as strongly as you might have hoped, I'll make up for it by adding essential oil to to a glaze, topping, or sauce if there is one.

As we learn to work with essential oils and enjoy their many benefits, our emotions are impacted in positive and supportive ways as well. Ginger essential oil is the oil of empowerment.

It teaches that to be successful in life, one much wholly commit to it. Ginger addresses the victim mentality and empowers individuals in taking complete responsibility for their life circumstances. A powerful oil in helping individuals see themselves as the creators of their own lives.
