Learn 2 of Chef Lauren's signature plant-based cooking methods to understand the fundamentals of healthy vegan cooking so you can apply these methods to any season and any combo of items in your fridge and pantry.

Here's what you can look forward to during your lesson!
A 3 hour cooking session with Chef Lauren in your home kitchen for groups of two or more.
A copy of the Intuitive Kitchen Pantry Guide and a highlighted list of what we'll need for our session so you can be fully stocked (fresh produce is picked up by Lauren the day of your session, prior to arrival - unless adding the grocery store tour).
Copies of Lauren's signature methods to use as a framework for future creations! OR copies of all recipes prepared during our class.
A signed copy of Lauren's NEW cookbook, Plant-Based, Vegan, Gluten-Free Cooking with Essential Oils.

Healthy cooking lessons - a gift to MYSELF!
Too often we find ourselves caring for others and putting ourselves last. Today, I put myself first and gave myself the gift of wellness with Lauren.
I was a little under the weather prior to my private lesson and typically don't enjoy cooking for myself or my family. After about an hour in to my lesson, I had this overall feeling of happiness and energy!
Lauren made things EASY to understand and showed me how to be more flexible in my meal preparation. My confidence as a plant-based chef was booming!!
I enjoyed every minute in my kitchen today. A big thanks to Lauren for the shift in mindset and better health!

Once the menu is finalized, the pantry list is sent for double checking items like spices, condiments, flours, etc.
*For particular items like egg replacers, vegan cheese, or pasta, the brand is specified and may be added to Chef Lauren's produce pick up so you may enjoy the very best dining experience possible.
Make it a Party!
Add clean-crafted wine pairing to your menu with wine provided by Scout & Cellar! Have your dishes expertly paired with amazing wine, and place your order (paid separately) with Chef Lauren two weeks prior to your event.

A Vegan Holiday
One family gathering they can't stop raving about!
As the only vegan in my family, holiday dinners can be a challenge for me - but this year I wanted to cook for everyone to show them how delicious a plant-based life can be.
Taking on the planning, prepping, and cooking for a three-course plated dinner for 25 family members was an ambitious project - and I was SO GLAD to have Lauren's help from the beginning, and long after our menu rehearsal lesson.
Everyone absolutely loved the food, and completely forgot it was vegan! They are still talking about how amazing everything was.
