In this virtual cooking class, students will learn how to cook a plant-based menu that is intuitive, simple, and fun! Tomato bisque with grilled cheese, winter salad, portobello or cauliflower steak, and a decadent chocolate lava cake for dessert.

You'll want to have your ingredients measured out and your equipment ready, including a preheated oven if needed. There will be some items that are suggested to prepare ahead of time, especially if you plan to enjoy your meal after class, so again - read carefully!
