About the Event

In this virtual cooking class, students will learn how to cook a plant-based meal that is intuitive, simple, and fun! A filling and delicious casserole, such as a pot pie, is so easy to throw together. Learn how to make an amazing plant-based gravy, potato crust, and mushroom "turkey."
