About the Event

Learn how simple making your own plant-based cheese can be and sample some impressive products from conscious creameries transforming the cheese scene. Chef Lauren will prepare chipotle cheddar, smoked gouda, cranberry walnut goat log, and cashew brie, to be assembled thoughtfully using her cheese board method and the flavors of the season.

Join private plant-based chef, intuitive cooking coach, and speaker Lauren D’Agostino for an educational and entertaining plant-based cooking demonstration and tasting. Chef Lauren is an expert at transforming the flavors you know and love into plant-based dishes that will leave you feeling satisfied and excited about eating more plants. She is a certified integrative nutrition health coach and wellness advocate with doTERRA.
