Join Chef Lauren D’Agostino for a plant-based cooking demonstration and fall in love with the autumn harvest! On the menu are recipes to help get you out of the rut of predictable preparation of apple pies and stuffed squash when the fall harvest is in full swing.
Chef Lauren will prepare a Thai butternut squash soup, Autumn superfood salad, sweet potato risotto, and gluten-free pumpkin roll with cream cheese frosting. Come and taste why local is better, especially in New England! All items are vegan and gluten-free.
