About the Event

Join private plant-based chef, intuitive cooking coach, and speaker Lauren D’Agostino for an educational and entertaining plant-based cooking demonstration and tasting. Chef Lauren is an expert at transforming the flavors you know and love into plant-based dishes that will leave you feeling satisfied and excited about eating more plants. She is a certified integrative nutrition health coach and wellness advocate with doTERRA.

In this vegan brunch class, Chef Lauren will share her strategy for planning a beautiful plant-based brunch spread. On the menu are a seasonal veggie frittata, sweet potato waffles with coconut whipped cream, and chia pudding. Come and taste how delicious, easy, and fun a fabulous plant-based brunch can be!
