Join private plant-based chef, intuitive cooking coach, and speaker Lauren D’Agostino for an educational and entertaining plant-based cooking demonstration and tasting. Chef Lauren is an expert at transforming the flavors you know and love into plant-based dishes that will leave you feeling satisfied and excited about eating more plants. She is a certified integrative nutrition health coach and wellness advocate with doTERRA.

Learn how simple making your own plant-based cheese can be and sample some impressive products from conscious creameries transforming the cheese scene. Chef Lauren will prepare a roasted red pepper cheddar, garlic boursin spread, and herbed goat cheese log to be assembled thoughtfully using her cheese board method and the flavors of the season.
