About the Event

In this vegan brunch class, Chef Lauren will share her strategy for planning a beautiful plant-based brunch spread. On the menu are pumpkin cranberry pancakes with bourbon maple syrup, autumn superfood salad with vegan goat cheese, and cranberry pomegranate chia mousse. Lauren will also share her favorite cranberry white wine sangria recipe, and more information on choosing clean-crafted wine.
