About the Event

Join Chef Lauren D’Agostino for a plant-based cooking demonstration and fall in love with the autumn harvest! On the menu are recipes to help get you out of the rut of predictable preparation of apple pies and applesauce when the apple harvest is in full swing. Chef Lauren will prepare a vegan Waldorf salad, sage and apple lentil loaf with caramelized onion gravy, and cranberry apple crisp. Come and taste why local is better, especially in New England!
