Learn 2 of Chef Lauren's signature plant-based cooking methods to understand the fundamentals of healthy vegan cooking so you can apply these methods to any season and any combo of items in your fridge and pantry.

  • A copy of the Intuitive Kitchen Pantry Guide

  • Shopping list of what we'll need, to be purchased ahead of time

  • Recipe handouts

  • A signed copy of Lauren's cookbook, Plant-Based, Vegan, Gluten-Free Cooking with Essential Oils.

  • OPTIONAL grocery store tour (45 minutes) for $50 to learn more about what to look for, what to avoid, and more!

  • PRE-SESSION 15-minute call to learn more about where your skills need honing, and what you'd like to learn from me in our time together

  • POST-SESSION guidance and support as you practice what you've learned on your own

Group Classes

  • Cost of service may be split by up to two people

  • Each additional guest is $60

  • Cost of food is paid by host

Pricing & Groceries

  • $250 for a two hour in-home lesson with Chef Lauren

  • $500 for a four hour in-home lesson with Chef Lauren

  • Cost of groceries paid separately

Once the menu is finalized, the pantry list is sent for double checking items like spices, condiments, flours, etc.

*For particular items like egg replacers, vegan cheese, or pasta, the brand is specified and does matter! Reach out if having trouble sourcing ingredients.

A Vegan Holiday

One family gathering they can't stop raving about!

As the only vegan in my family, holiday dinners can be a challenge for me - but this year I wanted to cook for everyone to show them how delicious a plant-based life can be.

Taking on the planning, prepping, and cooking for a three-course plated dinner for 25 family members was an ambitious project - and I was SO GLAD to have Lauren's help from the beginning, and long after our menu rehearsal lesson.
