Healthy cooking lessons - a gift to MYSELF!
Too often we find ourselves caring for others and putting ourselves last. Today, I put myself first and gave myself the gift of wellness with Lauren.
I was a little under the weather prior to my private lesson and typically don't enjoy cooking for myself or my family. After about an hour in to my lesson, I had this overall feeling of happiness and energy!
Lauren made things EASY to understand and showed me how to be more flexible in my meal preparation. My confidence as a plant-based chef was booming!!
I enjoyed every minute in my kitchen today. A big thanks to Lauren for the shift in mindset and better health!

A Vegan Holiday
One family gathering they can't stop raving about!
As the only vegan in my family, holiday dinners can be a challenge for me - but this year I wanted to cook for everyone to show them how delicious a plant-based life can be.
Taking on the planning, prepping, and cooking for a three-course plated dinner for 25 family members was an ambitious project - and I was SO GLAD to have Lauren's help from the beginning, and long after our menu rehearsal lesson.
Everyone absolutely loved the food, and completely forgot it was vegan! They are still talking about how amazing everything was.
